Shipping cost is dependent upon location and package weight and is calculated automatically at the end of the online ordering process.

• Most UK shipments will be sent via a full trackable DPD service.
• Most international shipments are sent by Fedex International Priority service with a 2-4 day delivery time. The customer is responsible for all customs charges and regulatory compliance in their own country.
• Shipments containing Dangerous Goods in Excepted quantities can be shipped by Fedex air-freight to most countries, however there are specific exceptions such as India and China, where Fedex does not offer DG delivery. Delivery time for these orders varies from 3-5 days depending on location.
  
• Shipments to Europe of orders containing Dangerous Goods in Limited quantities must be shipped by road only so are shipped by a DHL road-only service. Delivery time for these orders varies from 5-7 days depending on location.

Once the package has been despatched the Direct-Tracking shipment history can be viewed using the order history tab on your account page (you will need to login to see this).
 
In order to offer appropriate shipping costs for all customers we have to add a Dangerous Goods Handling and Packing charge of GBP 18.00 (or equivalent in your currency) for orders containing Dangerous Goods (such as epoxies and varnishes.) This charge is factored into the carriage cost listed on all web orders.

The order cut-off time for same day despatch of in-stock items is:

• For UK or Europe is 12.00pm London time
• For Outside Europe is 10.00am London time
