Due to its ductility and the fact that it cold welds to itself and many materials Indium wire and foil is traditionally used for demountable cryogenic seals and high-efficiency heatsinks.
Unfortunately recycled Indium material sometimes contains impurities that can impair this performance. We only ever supply high purity (99.99%) Indium wire and foil.
